RAD GARLINGTON ($RAD) operates radgarlington.io and an OTC “Buy” flow on the XRP Ledger (XRPL). This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we don’t collect

No accounts or passwords
No private keys or seed phrases
No custody of your funds

What we may collect

Basic server logs (IP, user-agent, path) for uptime & abuse prevention
Quote/payment parameters (USD amount, timestamp) to generate links and prevent fraud
On-chain data (public by design): payment amounts, addresses, tx hashes
Xaman (XUMM) webhooks if enabled (signed/expired status, tx hash) for reconciliation

Generate quotes & payment requests
Reconcile payments and deliver RAD
Detect & prevent abuse

Cookies & analytics

We do not use invasive tracking. If we add privacy-respecting analytics later, we’ll update this page.
